Commercial cleaning
A clean that fits the way your business works.
From hospitality venues and retail stores to small and medium-sized offices and warehouses, we tailor commercial cleaning to the way each business operates.
Servicing Melbourne’s south-east, we take the time to understand your premises, agree on priorities and plan the work around your operating hours. The cleaning scope and frequency reflect how the space is used and what your business needs.

Plan around the people using the space.
The details of your working day help shape a useful cleaning routine.
Public areas & staff spaces
Identify the areas customers see, the spaces staff share and any rooms used less often. Separate the tasks needed every visit from occasional work, so the available time follows your priorities.
Timing & access
Tell us about opening hours, deliveries, busy periods and rooms that need to remain available. Key collection, alarm procedures and building access are agreed before the first visit. Flag any changes that could affect a booking.
Desks, documents & equipment
Accessible work surfaces can be included in the agreed scope. Personal papers, stock and specialist equipment are left undisturbed. Clearing the areas you want cleaned beforehand allows access without disrupting your work.
Retail & hospitality
Discuss customer areas, service counters and staff amenities separately from food preparation or specialist equipment. Non-specialist kitchen areas can be considered where agreed. Work requiring specialist methods is identified before the scope is confirmed.
Warehouse & shared premises
Let us know which offices, lunchrooms, amenities and accessible floor areas need attention. Identify vehicle routes, loading activity and restricted areas. Safe access needs to be available; operating machinery and specialist equipment are not disturbed.
Materials & existing condition
Share care instructions for particular floors or finishes, and point out existing damage or older build-up. This helps us distinguish recurring upkeep from work that may need additional time or a separate initial clean.

Set the routine before the first visit.
Agree on the areas to be cleaned, the tasks included and the frequency before work begins. Nominate a contact who can answer questions and communicate changes, particularly where several tenants or managers use the premises.
If you need extra work for an event, a change of tenancy or a new fit-out, discuss it separately so the time and scope can be confirmed. Cleaning after construction can involve different requirements from maintaining an occupied workplace.

Show us your premises
Share the type and size of the premises, photos of the areas involved and the cleaning frequency you have in mind. Mention current concerns, access restrictions and any tasks that matter most to your team.
Allow time for the work
Estimates reflect the agreed scope and condition of the premises. If more time or a separate service is needed, we discuss it with you before proceeding. Changes in occupancy or use may call for a review of the routine.
Discuss additional requests
Window washing is available on request for standard, reasonably reachable windows. Condition and access are considered; some may need a specialist professional window cleaning service. We do not move or lift heavy items. Biohazard cleaning is not included.
