Before the clean
A few details help us plan the right work and timing.
What to Tell Us
Share the suburb, property size, number of bathrooms and handover date. Photos help us understand the condition, particularly any heavy build-up or areas needing extra attention.
Handover Requirements
If your property manager or agent has supplied a cleaning checklist, share it when enquiring. For rentals, the condition report from the start of the tenancy is also helpful. These documents help us understand the recorded condition and handover requirements, and discuss anything outside our services before the scope is agreed.
Removalists, Access & Timing
Let us know when belongings will be removed and how access will be arranged. Cleaning after the move allows clearer access to cupboards, wardrobes and floors. Plan the booking before keys are returned, with time to check the property before handover.
Preparing the Property
Emptying cupboards and drawers, removing personal items and clearing rubbish makes the agreed areas accessible. Point out any existing damage or delicate finishes so we can discuss suitable treatment before work begins.
Window Washing — On Request
Window washing is available on request for standard, reasonably reachable windows. Window condition is considered when confirming the scope, as some windows may require a specialist window cleaning service.
Ovens & Appliance Interiors
Oven cleaning and other appliance interiors are requested separately. Let us know which appliances need attention and their condition, so this work can be allowed for in the estimate.

Built-up grease, soap residue or dirt can mean a property needs more time than one that has been regularly maintained. Flagging these areas early helps us prepare an estimate that reflects the work involved.

We confirm the areas to be cleaned, requested extras and any access limitations before the booking. If you have a set budget or a particular priority, tell us at the enquiry stage so we can discuss a suitable scope.
If More Time Is Needed
Estimates are a guide. If the property needs additional time or work beyond the agreed scope, we discuss it with you and obtain agreement before proceeding.
